Standing tall and graceful over serene water, cranes have long been a symbol of wisdom and longevity for many cultures.  With more than a dozen different species of cranes worldwide, Florida’s tropical weather attracts and supports three: the Florida Sandhill Crane, the Greater Sandhill Crane, and the Whooping crane.
