THE TURTLE HOSPITAL
This medical center is one of only two treatment facilities in Florida that receives and provides medical care to sea turtles infected with the Fibropapilloma virus.

ARCHIE CARR NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE
The 248-acre refuge between Melbourne Beach and Wabasso Beach, Florida provides essential nesting habitats for approximately one-fourth of all the sea turtles nesting in the United States.

The goal of this not-for-profit society is to help protect Florida’s marine turtle populations through public awareness and education.
